Dr's appt.
Ok went to the dr's today and they pulled the 2 drains out and yes and yes it hurt bad!!! It didn't hurt for long cause the Lord really takes my pain fast. The highlight of my appt. was when he told me that I could shower tomorrow!! I've been looking forward to that. So anyway some of my friends got together and put a basket together for me with shower stuff and yes....grape Mike and Ikes my absolute favorite!! I know that was from Holly !! I just pray that the Lord blesses each and every one of those ladies that took their time out for me and put that basket together!! May the Good Lord protect each one of them and their families and bless them abundantly!! To each person that has given to my family whether it be with meals cards or flowers thank you soooo much you just don't know how much easier you have made this illness for me!! Please keep up the prayers because we won't relent until I have been healed! Love you all thank you thank you thank you!!!
We were sooooo glad to hear that everything went well at your Dr. appt. I'm sure that shower is going to feel wonderful. Enjoy it. I was also happy to see you today. You really looked marvelous. You are so amazing. Again let me know if you need anything. We'll continue to pray. Love Mom & Lowell

Shannon, you are God's special creation and we are so blessed that he is sharing you with us!! Woo!Hoo! I pray in His Holy name that you are healed of this cancer and lay claim to that my sister in Christ! So here's the thing...I read your blog, I pray for you, and then (I feel a little funny saying it), but I am energized and excited. I don't know how you will look back on this experience, but I can tell you that I will look back to it as a time of inspiration. Shannon - I am so blessed to know you. I am amazed by your grace, your strength, and frankly your humor! You are giving such glory to the Father and allowing Him to work on you and through you.
