Church today
WOW!! What a great day at church this morning!! Our church has to be the absolute best church in the world! I had more people tell me how they had been and will continue to pray for me!! Some of these people I had never really even had any interaction with before and they were just encouraging me and giving me some testimonies of their own and it was just FANTASTIC!!! Well It was so overwhelming that I came home and fell asleep til after 4:00! LOL I was worn out!! My friend Nichole brought us dinner tonight and we shared with our neighbor Vickie and Bill and just had a nice relaxing visit with them!! I have a super busy week coming up 3 dr's appt. need to get my hair done need to go to dover to the medical supply store I never thought at this age the medical supply store would be on my list of places to go!!! LOL but oh well it is and so if you need me to get you anything just let me know!! HAHA! I'm cracking myself up tonight. So anyway I need to get a pedicure cause my brothers wedding is this weekend and I'm in it. We are wearing a low cut dress (not sleazy low cut) for this wedding and I'm a little nervous about that. I'm gonna get a mastectomy bra so hopefully you will never even be able to tell. So Friday night is rehersal and then Saturday is the wedding so please pray that the Lord just give me stamina to get all this done and that I will be able to hang out for a while at the reception. He is my favorite brother so I really want to celebrate with him on his big day!!

Shannon - you will look beautiful in your dress no matter what.

The power of prayer is amazing. You have so many people praying for you. Everyone at Ellendale United Methodist Church is praying for you. We praised God yesterday for our answers to our prayers and for your complete healing. Please let me know if I can help you in any way this week. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Mom & Lowell

I am glad to hear that you are doing well! I know that you will have the stamina to make it through the weekend! Positive energy yields positive results
On a different note, you had stated that you were not against natural health products to aid in your recovery. Well, I have done some research through a friend. Her mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer in 03. Attached, you will find her testimonial and the products that she used during her treatments and still continues to use today. Please read it and let me know your thoughts! Lots of prayers your way!!!
The products she used are through market america! Josh and I have become distributors simple because they promote health and wellness. The OPC is a powerful antioxidants that fights cancer causing cells!
Breast Cancer Testimonial
My Mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer (had spread to the lymph nodes) in October of 2003 and had a mastectomy. She has been cancer free for six years now and faithfully takes her supplements.
Shelley,
Yes, I would be happy to give my testimonial on how the products helped me during my treatment for Breast Cancer.
Aloe - Every time I went past the refrigerator I drank an ounce.
Also 2 days before surgery I drank a bottle each day and when I came home I drank 1/2 bottle each day for about 5 days. Then I went back to just drinking it whenever I opened the refrigerator.
I also soaked a cloth in aloe and held it to the scar. I am not sure this did a lot but my incision healed very fast. Actually, I would suggest doing this through radiation. I took 6 capfuls of OPC3 each day starting about a week before surgery and continued until I started Chemo. The Doctor did not want me to take it during Chemo. After Chemo I continued this for about a year. I am now doing 4 a day.
I took multi tech, Orac, calcium, and Oxygen plus although treatment.
I took Vitamin C except when I was doing Chemo- per the doctors request.
I did not eat ( or at least very little) refined flours, rices, or sugars. I did use some honey when craving sweets and I used whole grains and I ate a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. I also gave up coffee and most things with caffeine. I drank green tea usually decaffeinated but sometimes I did drink it with caffeine.
I felt really healthy all through treatment with the exception of a couple of days after my Chemo treatments. Although even on those days I never felt deathly sick as some people do. I also tried to walk everyday.
I did feel extremely tired sometimes and required a great deal more sleep than I had before cancer.
Love,
Randi Samsal
